Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 seconds (20 on + 10 rest x 2)
  • YTW x 5
  • Hi/Lo Plank 30 Seconds

B. 4 Sets:

  • 1-1-2 DB Bench Press x 6-8 reps – Rest 60 seconds
  • Front Scale 20-30 Seconds per

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 mInutes of:

  • Man Maker x 1,2,3,4,5…
  • Erg 12/9 Cals or Run 150m

Today’s MM is Push Up, Row Left, Push Up, Row Right, Power Clean, Push Press.
