A. 3 Sets:
- Erg 75 seconds
- Bottom of Squat w/ Alternating Reach x 10
- Yoga Push Up x 5
B. 3 Sets:
- Tall Box Jump x 1.1.1
- Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4111
C. Every 2:30 for 12 Minutes (5 Sets)
- Back Squat x 2 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed
D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 8 Minutes of:
- Hang Power Clean x 2
- Front Squat x 4
- Hand Release Push Up x 8
