- Scap Push Up x 8
- Air Squat x 12 (4 Wide + 4 Regular + 4 Narrow)
B. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 9 Minutes of:
- Pull Up x 4
- Push Up x 6
- Air Squat x 8
C. 3 Sets:
- SL Weighted Calf Raise x 15-20 per
- Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 10-12 @ 2121
- SL Glute Bridge w/ Foot Elevated x 12-15 per
D. Erg 8 Minutes for Cals or Run 1 Mile
