Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Scap Pull Up x 8
  • Scap Push Up x 8
  • Air Squat x 12 (4 Wide + 4 Regular + 4 Narrow)

B. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 9 Minutes of:

  • Pull Up x 4
  • Push Up x 6
  • Air Squat x 8

C. 3 Sets:

  • SL Weighted Calf Raise x 15-20 per
  • Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 10-12 @ 2121
  • SL Glute Bridge w/ Foot Elevated x 12-15 per

D. Erg 8 Minutes for Cals or Run 1 Mile
