A. 3 Sets:
- Run 150m
- Beast to Alt. Leg Through x 10
- Wall Leaning Tib Raises x 20-25
B. Hit and Run Core Four
Every 8 minutes for 32 minutes (4 Sets)
- Row 500m, Ski 500m, Bike 1000m, Run 400m
- Hold Prone Plank on Elbows for the time it took to complete the distance on the Erg
- *Carry 150m
*Carry:
- Set 1 – Double KB Front Rack Carry
- Set 2 – Farmers Carry
- Set 3 – SA KB Front Rack Carry + Farmer Carry (75m per)
- Set 4 – Overhead Plate Carry (45/35lbs)
