A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • 90/90 Hip Switch x 10
  • Wall Leaning Calf Raise x 20-25
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raise 20-25
  • Russian Step Up x 6-8 per

B. 4 Sets:

  • Back Rack Barbell Alt. Box Step Up x 12-16
  • SA Tripod Row x 8-10 per @ 20X1

Rest 75 Seconds

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Run x 250m
  • Wallball x 15
  • TTB x 10
