Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jump Rope x :60
  • Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotation x 5 perAlt. Elbow Rotaton x 10
  • Air Squat x 15 (5 Wide + 5 Regular + 5 Narrow)

B. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)

  • High Hang Power Clean + Front Squat

C. For Time:

  • Air Squat x 80
  • Run 800m

Immediately followed by:

Complete 8 Rounds of:

  • Strict Pull Up x 4
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 8
  • Push Up x 12
