A. 3 Rounds:
- Jump Rope x :60
- YTW x 5
- SA FR + OH Carry 75ft per
B. 5 Sets:
- 1 Jerk Balance + 2 Press in Split
Rest as needed
C. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes
- Split Jerk x 1
Hold the receiving position for 2-3 Seconds before recovering
D. In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
- Row 75/60 Cals – One partner must hold a Plate Overhead at al times
- Run 600m
- Row 75/60 Cals – One partner must Front Rack Barbell Hold (95/65lbs)
