Workout of the Day

A. 3 Rounds:

  • Jump Rope x :60
  • YTW x 5
  • SA FR + OH Carry 75ft per

B. 5 Sets:

  • 1 Jerk Balance + 2 Press in Split

Rest as needed

C. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes

  • Split Jerk x 1

Hold the receiving position for 2-3 Seconds before recovering

D. In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

  • Row 75/60 Cals – One partner must hold a Plate Overhead at al times
  • Run 600m
  • Row 75/60 Cals – One partner must Front Rack Barbell Hold (95/65lbs)
