C. 3 Sets:
- Seated Good Morning x 8-10 – Rest 75 Seconds
- Dual KB Floor Press x 12-15 – Rest 75 Seconds
D. 3 Sets:
- Row 20 Strokes for Max Cals
- Burpee Box Jump Over x 10
- Row the # of Cals from above in as few Strokes as possible.
