Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Drop Lunge to Knee Lift x 6 per
  • Supinated Hang 20-30 Seconds

B. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)

  • Hang Power Clean + Front Squat

C. 3 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 6 @ 30X1

Rest 2-3 Minutes

D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:

  • Run 150m
  • Wallball x 12 (UNBROKEN)
  • TTB x 9
