B. 3 Sets:

  • SA Front Rack + OH Carry 75ftt per – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Deficit Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4011 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Incline Batwing Row x 8-10 @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • FLR on Rings 30-45 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Side Bridge 30 Seconds per – Rest 75 Seconds

D. 3 Sets:

  • Row 400m
  • RKBS x 21
  • Active Arch Bar Row x 12
