  • Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotaton x 5 per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Ring Support Hold 15-20 Seconds
  • Assisted ATG Split Squat x 6-8 per
  • Half Kneeling Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

C. 3 Rounds for time:

  • Wallball x 20
  • Medball Run x 200m
  • Medball Box Step Up x 20
