Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • Cat Cow x 10
  • Prone Kneeling T Spine Rotation x 5 per
  • Glute Bridge ISO Hold 30 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Single Arm Ring Row x 4 per
  • Turkish Get Up x 2 per

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 18 Minutes of:

  • KB Snatch x 20
  • Erg Cals x 20
  • Burpee Box Jump Over x 10
  • Strict CTB Chin Up x 5
