A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • Cat Cow x 10
  • Prone Kneeling T Spine Rotation x 5 per
  • Glute Bridge ISO Hold 30 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Staggered Stance RDL x 4-6 per @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • FLR w/ Alt. Drag Through 30 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 5 Sets:

  • Deadlift x 3 @ 30X1

Rest as needed

D. Erg as many Meters as possible in 8 Minutes
