  • Erg :90 seconds
  • Single Arm KB Front Rack + Overhead Carry 75ft per
  • Wall Leaning Calf Raise 20-25

B. 3 Sets:

  • Bottom of Ring Dip Hold 10-15 Seconds
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raise 20-25
  • Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 8-10 @ 2121

C. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 18 Minutes of:

  • Row 600m
  • Bear Hug Medball Walking Lunge 30 Steps
  • Farmer Carry 150m
