Workout of the Day

In teams of 3, with only 1 working at a time, complete the following:

0-12:00 – Ski as many Cals as possible

At 0, 4, & 8:00 – Relay Run 450m (150m each)

12-1500 – Rest

15-27:00 – Row as many Cals as possible

At 15, 19, & 23:00 – Relay Run 450m (150m each)

27-30:00 – Rest

30-42:00 – Bike as many Cals as possible

At 30, 34, & 38:00 – Relay Run 450m (150m each)
