A. 2 Sets:

  • Jump Rope x 60 seconds
  • Yoga Push Up x 6-8
  • Bodyweight SL RDL x 6-8 per

B. EMOM for 10:00

  • Odd: HS Practice
  • Even: PVC Assisted ATG Split Squat x 5 per

C. 3 Sets:

  • Behind the Neck Push Press x 3-5

Rest as needed

D. E:90 for 12:00 (8 sets)

  • Behind the Neck Split Jerk x 1

Hold the receiving position in the Split for 1-2 Seconds before recovering.

E. AMRAP x 12:00

  • 5 Strict Chin Ups
  • 10 Alternating DB Clean and Split Jerk
  • 150m Run
