  • Jump Rope x :60
  • Tall Plank to Alt Toe Touch x 10
  • Alt. Russian Box Step Up x 10
  • Good Morning x 10

B. 5 Sets:

  • Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 Seconds between Singles
  • “Tall” Box Jump/Step Down x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 Seconds between Max Hieight Box Jumps. Rest 90 Seconds between Sets.

C. EMOM for 20 (4 Sets)

  • Double Under x Max Reps in 45 Seconds
  • TTB x Max Reps in 45 Seconds
  • Power Clean x 3.3
  • Lateral Pogo Burpee x Max Reps in 45 Seconds
  • Rest
