  • Jump stop x :60
  • Yoga Push Up x 6-8
  • Bodyweight SL RDL x 6-8 per

B. EMOM x 10:00

  • Odd – Handstand Practice
  • Even – PVC Assisted ATG Split Squat x 5 per

C. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)

  • Split Jerk x 2

Hold the receiving position in the Split for 1-2 Seconds before recovering on BOTH reps.

D. In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, Row 5000m for time
