A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 Seconds
  • Wall Walk to Nose to Wall HS Hold 20-30 Seconds
  • Half Kneeling Adductor Rock Back 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Ring Push Up x 10-15 @ 2011 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Alt. Cossack Squat x 10-12 – Rest 75 Seconds

C. In teams of 2, complete 3 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Bike 12/9 Cals
  • Partner B – Hang from Bar

Immediately followed by:

  • Partner A – Row 12/9 Cals
  • Partner B – Nose to Wall Handstand Hold OR FLR
