  • YTW x 5
  • Bar Tap x 10-15

B. 3 Sets:

  • Ring Pull Up x 4-6 @ 20X1 (Rings to Chest if possible) – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Seated SL Soleus Raise x 12-15 per

C. 3 Sets:

  • Bent Reverse Fly x 12-15 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Wall Leaning Tib Rasie x 20-25 – Rest 60 Seconds

D. 4 Sets for times

  • Run 200m
  • Man Maker x 5
  • Run 200m
  • Rest :90 seconds

Row Left, Push Up, Row Right, Power Clean + Push Press
