Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 Seconds (:20 Singles + :10 Rest x 2)
  • Seated DB External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020
  • T Push Up x 8

B. 3 Sets:

  • CGBP x 4 @ 21X1 – Rest 15-20 Seconds
  • Regular Grip Bench Press x 4 @ 30X1 – Rest 15-20 Seconds
  • Wide Grip Bench Press x 4 @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Seated Banded Row x 12-15 @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Barbell Hip Thrust x 10-15 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 10-12 – Rest 60 Seconds

D. 3 Sets:

Against a 3:00 Clock

  • Burpee w/ 2 Hand Touch to Target x Max Reps in 1 Minute
  • Bike as many Cals as possible in time remaining.

Rest/Walk 3 minutes
