  • Min 1 – Handstand Walk 50-75ft OR Wall Walk x 2
  • Min 2 – Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds
  • Min 3 – Wall Leaning Calf Raise 20-25

C. For Time:

Complete 3 Rounds of:

  • Erg 12 Cals
  • Strict HSPU x 6

Immediately followed by:

Complete 3 Rounds of:

  • SA DB Push Press x 6 @ 31X1 – Left
  • Erg 12 Cals
  • SA DB Push Press x 6 @ 31X1 – Right
