A. 2 Sets:
- Bike or Row 90 Seconds
- Bottom of Squat Hold w/ Alternating Reach x 10
- Half Kneeling Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per
B. 3 Sets:
- Front Squat x 6 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
- Ring Support 15 Seconds + Lower to Bottom of Dip and Hold for 3-5 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds
C. Complete as many Rounds and Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
- Barbell Complex x 3 (95/65lbs)
- Run 250m
