B. Every 3 minutes, for 12 (4 Sets)
- Front Squat x 4 @ 60-65% of 1RM FS
Rest 20-30 seconds
- Back Squat x 8 @ 30X1
Rest 2 minutes
C. 2 Sets:
- Erg the # of Cals from “A” – Moderate
Rest 2 minutes between

C. 3 Sets:
- C1: Lateral Box Step Down (SLOW) x 6 per w/ KB Goblet Hold – Rest 45 seconds
- C2: SA Tripod Row x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 45 seconds
- C3: Ring Support Hold x 15-20 seconds – Rest 45 seconds
- C4: Russian Twist x 20 – Rest 45 seconds
