  • SA DB Thruster x 10

Workout of the Day

CrossFit Open 20.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • DB Thruster x 4 (50/35lbs per hand)
  • TTB x 6
  • Double Under x 24

OR

Endurance 2:

Against a 26 minute running clock:

  • 0-4:00 – Run 800m
  • 4-8:00 – Row 1000/750m
  • 8-12:00 – Bike 40/35 Cals
  • 12-14:00 – REST
  • 14-18:00 – Bike 40/35 Cals
  • 18-22:00 – Row 1000/750m
  • 22-26:00 – Run 800m
