  • Good Morning x 5
  • Dislocate x 5
  • Halting Snatch Deadlift x 5
  • Tall Power Snatch x 5
  • Power Snatch x5

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets:

  • A1: Power Snatch x 1.1 – Rest 5-10 seconds between singles
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds

B. CrossFit Open 11.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 30
  • Power Snatch x 15 (75/55lbs)
