Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Elbow Rotation x 10 per
  • T Push Up x 10
  • Front Squat x 10 (45/35lbs)

Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets

  • Bar Tap x 8-10
  • Deck Squat x 8-10
  • SA Bottoms Up KB Carry 90/90 x 50ft per

B. 4 Sets

  • A1: Front Squat x 3 @ 31X1 – Rest 45 seconds
  • A2: Hollow Hold/Rocks x 30-45 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

C. Complete 3 Rounds for time of:

  • Double Under x 50
  • Thruster x 15 (95/65lbs)

-8 minute time cap.
