A. Complete as many Double Unders as possible in 2 minutes.
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
- Burpee Box Jump Over x 6 (24/20″)
- Alt. DB Snatch x 12 (50/35lbs)
- Double Under x 24
- Run 250m
