Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 2 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Run 150m
  • Partner B – TGU x 1 per
  • Partner C – FLR on Floor

-Rotate stations when the running partner returns.

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: CGBP x 6-8 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Hollow Rocks/Hold x 20-30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B. 3 Sets

  • B1: L Sit x 20-30 seconds (accumulate time if needed) – Rest 60 seconds
  • B2: TGU x 2 per – Rest 60 seconds

C. 3 Rounds for times of:

  • Run 400m
  • KBS x 21 (53/35)
  • Push Up x 20/15
  • Rest EXACTLY 60 seconds

-Record times for each round.
