Workout of the Day
A. 5 Sets
- A1: 2 Position Snatch – Mid Thigh & Below the Knee
- A2: Double Under x max reps in 40 seconds – Rest 2 minutes
B. In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Ground to Overhead (135/95lbs)
- Run 250m
–– 1 partner will complete as many reps of ground to overhead as possible while the other partner completes the run and then rotate when the running partner returns.
