  • A1: Alt KB Snatch x 10 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B. 5 Rounds for time of:

  • Run 400 or Row 500m
  • Double Under x 30
  • Burpee x 20
  • Alt KB Snatch x 10 (53/35)

30 minute cap.
