10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Row 150m
  • KBS x 10
  • Burpee over the Erg x 5

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Run 250m
  • Sit Up x 10
  • Deadlift x 5 @ 50-60% of 1RM
