  • A1: Alt Front Racked Reverse Lunge x 10-12 @ 2010 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Chin Up x 6-8 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Russian KBS x 15 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A4: Pull Up x AMRAP-1 – Rest 60 seconds

B.  For time:

  • Double Under x 50
  • Run 400m
  • KBS x 30 (53/35)
  • Box Jump x 20
  • Burpee Pull Up x 10
