- A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 30 seconds
- A3: Toes to Bar x 6-8 (Strict if possible @ 3010 – Rest 60 seconds
B. 5 Rounds

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
- Power Clean x 3 (135/95)
- Push Up x 6
- Air Squat x 9
-Rest 1 minute between rounds and pick up where you left off.
