Dynamic Drills

Front Rack Mobility

Then

  • Squat to Stand x 10
  • T Push Up x 10
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 5

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Power Clean x 1.1 – Rest 5 seconds between singles
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 30 seconds
  • A3: Toes to Bar x 6-8 (Strict if possible @ 3010 – Rest 60 seconds

B.  5 Rounds

“The Chief”

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • Power Clean x 3 (135/95)
  • Push Up x 6
  • Air Squat x 9

-Rest 1 minute between rounds and pick up where you left off.
