Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Alt. Front Racked Reverse Lunge x 10-12 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Wall Walk x 3-4 reps – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Russian Twist x 20

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Deadlift x 5 @ 50% of 1RM
  • Burpee over the bar x 7
  • Sit Up x 9
