Collierville – 9:30am and 4:30pm. Open gym 10:30-12.

Dynamic Drills as a group
Ankle, Hip, and Front Rack Mobility
Then 2 Rounds
- Pull Up x 5
- Thruster x 10 (45/35)
- KBS x 10
Workout of the Day
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
- Run 400m or Row 500m
- Pull Up x 5
- Thruster x 10 (75/55)
- KBS x 15
–Only one partner may be working on the triplet at a time, and the other partner will be completing the run or row. Partners will switch tasks once the running/rowing partner returns.
