Workout of the Day
A. 5 Sets
- A1: High Hang Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Reset and Rest 3-5 seconds between these singles and then proceed immediately to A2 after the 3rd rep.
- A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Reset and Rest 2 to 3 seconds between jumps. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
B. In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Bar Facing Burpee x 4
- Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs)
- Front Squat x 2
- Shoulder to Overhead x 1
