- Partner A – Run 150m
- Partner B – TGU x 1 per
- Partner C – FLR on Floor
-Rotate stations when the running partner returns.

A. 4 Sets
- A1: CGBP x 6-8 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Hollow Rocks/Hold x 20-30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
B. 3 Sets
- B1: L Sit x 20-30 seconds (accumulate time if needed) – Rest 60 seconds
- B2: TGU x 2 per – Rest 60 seconds
C. 3 Rounds for times of:
- Run 400m
- KBS x 21 (53/35)
- Push Up x 20/15
- Rest EXACTLY 60 seconds
