Warm Up
Row, Bike, or Ski 2 minutes
Then, 2 Rounds:
- T-Push Up x 10
- Ring Row x 10 (alternate between pronated and supinated grip each set)
- Lateral Box Step Up x 8/per
Workout of the Day
A. 3 Sets:
- SA Ring Row x 6-8 per @ 2011
- TGU x 2-3 per
- HS Walk x 10-15m OR Wall Walk x 3-4
B. In teams of 3, perform 3 rounds each for time of:
- Row 500m or Run 400m
- Ski 400m OR Assault Bike 20/15
- DB Burpee Box Step Up x 10 (50/35 per hand – 20″ box for everybody)
*Teammates roll through this in congo-line fashion
