A. 6 Sets
Press @ 20X1
- Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75%
- Set 2 – 2 reps @ 80%
- Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85%
- Set 4 – 3 reps @ 80%
- Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%
- Set 6 – 1 rep @ 90%
Rest 2 minutes between sets
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- TTB x 10
- Push Up x 10
- SA DB Thruster x 5/per (50/35lbs)
C. 2 Sets
- C1. Supinated Ring Row x 6-8 @ 2011 – Rest 30 seconds
- C2. Cat Cow x 10 – Rest 30 seconds
