Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Dislocate x 5
  • OHS x 5

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: 2 Position Snatch – Mid Thigh & Below the Knee
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 40 seconds – Rest 2 minutes

B. In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Ground to Overhead  (135/95lbs)
  • Run 250m

– 1 partner will complete as many reps of ground to overhead as possible while the other partner completes the run and then rotate when the running partner returns.
