  • Walking Lunge x 1 length
  • Scap Push Up x 10
  • Bear Crawl x 1 length
  • Alt Cossack Squat x 8

Workout of the Day

A. 3 sets

  • Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20 steps @ 10X0 – Rest 60 seconds

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 20
  • Air Squat x 10

Rest 60 seconds, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Man Maker x 5 (Row left, Push Up, Row right, Power Clean, STO)
  • Box Jump or Step Up x 10 (24/20″)

Rest 60 seconds, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • TTB x 5
  • Push Up x 10
