Workout of the Day

A. Every 90 seconds for 30 minutes (5 sets):

  • Front Foot Elevated Split Squat x 6-8 per @ 3011
  • Seated KB Press x 8-10 @ 20X1
  • Ring Row x 8-10 @ 2111
  • Alt KB Snatch x 10-12

B. 3 Sets

  • B1: FLR x 30-45 seconds
  • B2: Couch Stretch x 90 seconds per
