The Downtown location is closed today.  There is Open Gym in Midtown at 9:30 to 11am.  We have classes at 9am and 10am at the Collierville location.

Workout of the Day

In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • Station 1 – Farmers Carry x 250m (53/44 per hand)
  • Station 2 – Wallball x 30 + Burpee x 20
  • Station 3 – Row 30 Cals + Alt DB Snatch x 20 (50/35lbs)
