The Downtown location is closed today. There is Open Gym in Midtown at 9:30 to 11am. We have classes at 9am and 10am at the Collierville location.

- Station 2 – Wallball x 30 + Burpee x 20
- Station 3 – Row 30 Cals + Alt DB Snatch x 20 (50/35lbs)
