Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 2 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Row 200m
  • Partner B – Single Under Jumprope
  • Partner C – Hold Bottom Position of the OHS

-Rotate stations when the rowing partner completes the 200m.

Workout of the Day

A.

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Double Under x 30
  • Row 15 Strokes
  • Burpee over the Erg x 5

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • TTB x 5
  • KBS x 10 (53/35)
  • FLR on floor x 30 seconds

Rest/Walk 5 minutes

10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Box Jump Over x 5 (24/20)
  • Wallball x 10 (20/14)
  • Sit Up x 15
