Workout of the Day

A.  3 to 4 Sets

  • A1: Alt TGU x 6
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds
  • A3: Hollow Rocks/Hold x 30 seconds
  • A4: Row or Run 250m

B.

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

  • Odd – Row 10 Cals or Burpee x 10
  • Even – KBS x 10
