  • A1: Weighted Step Up x 6-8 per – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Strict Pull Up x 6-8 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Alt KB Snatch x 10 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A4: Rope Climb x 2-3 – Rest 60 seconds

B. For time:

  • KBS x 100
  • EMOM perform 5 Burpees

-The workout starts with 5 Burpees
