- Run 150m
- TTB x 10
- Burpee Box Jump x 5 (24/20)
Rest 5 minutes
10 minutes @ 85% of:
- Chin Up x 5 (CTB if possible) OR Muscle Up x 3
- Deck Squat x 10 OR Alt Single Leg Deck Squat x 10
- Double Under x 20 OR Unbroken Double Under x 30
