Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Power Snatch x 1.1.1.1 – Rest 5 seconds between singles
  • A2: Box Jump x 5 @ 13X1 – Rest 90 seconds

B. 

In teams of 2, alternate full rounds to complete 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of:

  • Deadlift (225/155)
  • Burpee

-Partner A will complete 10 Deadlifts and 10 Burpees, then Partner B will do the same and so on.
