Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Weighted Step Up x 6-8 per – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Nose to Wall HS Hold x 45-60 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Toes to Bar x 6-8 (Strict possible @ 2010) – Rest 60 seconds

B.

In teams of 2, partners will alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 12 minutes of:

  • Man Maker x 5
  • Pull Up x 7
  • MB Sit Up x 9
